Shipping Policy
At MyDoggoSwag, we work with print-on-demand, digital, and dropshipping suppliers to fulfill orders. As a result, shipping times and processes vary depending on the type of product ordered.
1. Order Processing Time
- Digital Products (E-books, Downloads, Templates) – Instant delivery via email upon purchase.
- Print-on-Demand (POD) Products (Mugs, Apparel, Accessories, etc.) – Processing time: 3–7 business days before shipping.
- Dropshipping Physical Items – Processing time: 2–5 business days before shipping.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on product type and destination:

Note: Shipping times do not include processing time.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on:
- The destination country
- The number of items
- The selected shipping method
Some print-on-demand and dropshipping items may be shipped separately, resulting in multiple shipments.
4. Tracking Information
- Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- Tracking updates depend on the supplier and shipping carrier.
- Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs processing.
5. Shipping Restrictions & Destinations
- We ship to most countries worldwide.
- Certain remote locations may have limited shipping options.
- Some items may have customs restrictions, which may cause longer delivery times.
6. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. MyDoggoSwag is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.
7. Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please:
1️⃣ Check your tracking information for updates.
2️⃣ Wait an additional 7 business days, as some shipping delays may occur.
3️⃣ Contact us at info@mydoggoswag.com if your order is still missing.
If an item is lost in transit, we will issue a replacement or refund depending on the supplier’s policy.
8. Affiliate & Third-Party Product Shipping
Products purchased via Amazon, ClickBank, Digistore, PayKickStart, and other affiliate vendors follow their respective shipping policies.
- Amazon Orders – Handled by Amazon’s shipping policies.
- ClickBank & Digistore Products – Digital product delivery is managed by the vendor.
- PayKickStart Purchases – Shipping varies based on the third-party seller.
We do not control shipping for purchases made through affiliate links.
9. Address Issues & Undeliverable Packages
- Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
- If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipping costs.
We do not offer refunds for shipments returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address.
