Print-on-Demand Products
Our physical products (clothing, mugs, accessories etc.) are made to order via Printify. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect size selection.
However, we will provide a full replacement or refund if your item arrives:
- Damaged or defective
- With a printing error (wrong design, misprint)
- Significantly different from the product description
To raise a claim, please contact us at info@weknowltd.com within 30 days of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photographs of the issue.
Digital Products
All digital downloads (ebooks, PDFs etc.) are non-refundable once the file has been accessed or downloaded, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (UK).
If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
